Our BCBAs work on-site at our Dover clinic, so you can bring questions, concerns, and observations directly to the people overseeing services while the work is happening.
Our clinic-based model provides structure and connection to the work. Team members share spaces, routines, materials, communication, and support instead of working in separate settings throughout the day.
H.O.P.E. invests in training because prepared team members provide better care. For RBTs, that includes paid RBT training, certification support, exam and application fee coverage, recertification support, CPR/BLS, and Safety-Care training when applicable. Team members also have paid professional-development time each month.
Some team members joined H.O.P.E. as behavior technicians and became RBTs within their first year. Over time, RBTs have also continued their education and gone on to become BCBAs at our clinic. We support continued growth through feedback, collaboration, and BCBA fieldwork support when applicable.
Good work should be noticed. H.O.P.E. uses team-wide recognition and a staff recognition program to acknowledge effort, growth, and helpful contributions, along with the everyday thank-you that still matters.
Your job is one part of your life. Eligible team members have access to health, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off, and paid holidays. Team members are paid biweekly.
