What H.O.P.E. offers you

When you are deciding where to work, the day-to-day experience matters just as much as the role itself.

Clinical Support You Can Access

Our BCBAs work on-site at our Dover clinic, so you can bring questions, concerns, and observations directly to the people overseeing services while the work is happening.

One Clinic, One Team

Our clinic-based model provides structure and connection to the work. Team members share spaces, routines, materials, communication, and support instead of working in separate settings throughout the day.

Training That Builds Confidence

H.O.P.E. invests in training because prepared team members provide better care. For RBTs, that includes paid RBT training, certification support, exam and application fee coverage, recertification support, CPR/BLS, and Safety-Care training when applicable. Team members also have paid professional-development time each month.

Room to Keep Growing

Some team members joined H.O.P.E. as behavior technicians and became RBTs within their first year. Over time, RBTs have also continued their education and gone on to become BCBAs at our clinic. We support continued growth through feedback, collaboration, and BCBA fieldwork support when applicable.

A Team That Notices Your Effort

Good work should be noticed. H.O.P.E. uses team-wide recognition and a staff recognition program to acknowledge effort, growth, and helpful contributions, along with the everyday thank-you that still matters.

Benefits That Support Your Life

Your job is one part of your life. Eligible team members have access to health, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off, and paid holidays. Team members are paid biweekly.

Who tends to thrive at H.O.P.E.

People come to ABA work from many different backgrounds. Our ideal candidate understands that strong care depends not only on what they know, but on how they show up each day.
The qualities below reflect the mindset that helps team members do well in H.O.P.E.’s child-centered clinic environment.

Passion for Working with Children

Helping a child build a new skill, gain confidence, or take a step toward independence is what draws you to this work and helps keep it meaningful.

Positive Attitude

You bring calm, steady energy to the day, even when the work is busy, active, or unpredictable.

Mission and Data-Driven

Good data helps the team make better decisions for each child, so you care about noticing what matters, sharing clear information, and getting the details right.

Collaborative

Open communication and shared effort matter to you because supporting children and families well is never a one-person job.

Empathetic

Children, families, and teammates each bring different needs to the day. You approach those moments with patience, respect, and curiosity so people feel understood and supported.
